Objavi doesn't generate templated HTML when the book has no image.

Hi Booki gurus!

I just ran into an unexpected issue when trying to import a book from Booki to Publisher. After some investigations, it appears that when the Booki book has no image, Objavi creates the PDF and EPUB correctly, but not the HTML file (which then can't be installed in Publisher). When I try to create the HTML directly from Objavi, the forth line of the completion report is red, and the link leads to a 404.

Workaround: just add an image somewhere in the book, and everything works as expected.

Aco will examine Objavi this moth, maybe looking att how to fix this will help clarify issues...
