Looks like every other page is off centered to the left, can't this be avoided for web books?

The web export doesn't have a table of contents within the actual visible pdf.

thanks for the bug report :)
choose 'web' in the drop down menu. the pages in the standard book output are never center since they must leave a margin at the spine (for binding)
