Improve Import Interface

When importing a manual you need to put the full url into booki without the '/edit'. This is very sloppy. We need to be able to choose the booki server from the drop down interface and then choose the book. So...Objavi and Booki need to work out how this is done. Does an instance of an Objavi server keep a list of all booki servers that connect to it? Is this the list that then appears in the drop down menu when importing a book from another booki server? Somehow this might be the way to go. Objavi must play a much more central role like this...it is a potential hub that connects other booki servers...do we rethink the role of Objavi a little to fill out this idea?

If we did make something like this it would *still* always need to be possible to simply add a full url as it is now as a back up - for example, if you wanted to import a book from a booki server that did not use the same objavi server...
