Xinha can randomly scroll the window to anypint in the content

Description
when first opening a chapter in edit mode xinha can move the scroll seemingly randonmly

all i will say is - it is not randomly :) it remembers your previous position in another chapter. it is the same editor, but just with different content for different chapters.
