Table of Not being loaded into Chapters Tab

Hi,

for the last few days, every time I click on the edit button for a book, the editing window opens in the chapters Tab and a red "Loading.." Icon appears in the top left of the screen as normal, but the icon never goes away and the chapters of the book don't appear in the Table of contents.

This has happened for every book I've tried, which is quite a few.

The History tabs load quite fine as well as the Notes and Publish tabs.

this has worked well the last week or so since the upgrade. it was stopping every few days before so i am closing this in hope that it is fixed :)
